Changing or Resetting Your Okta Password
If you don’t know your password or are locked out
Go to https://rchamps.okta.com.
Enter your work email address and click Next.
Click Forgot Password? at the bottom of the screen.
Choose one of the available multi-factor authentication options and follow the prompts to reset your password. You may receive a push notification, text message, or phone call.
If you’re unable to complete the reset or don’t receive an MFA option, please contact IT Support for assistance.
If you know your current password and want to change it
Go to https://rchamps.okta.com and sign in.
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
In the Change Password section, enter your current password and your new password, then save.
